That's awesome! When Heather lost her first tooth she was eating dinner. We were having spaghetti and garlic bread. She looked down at her bread and saw a little blood. She screamed and then discoverd that her loose tooth was gone. When we looked for it we couldn't find it anywhere. The only thing we could think of was that she swollowed it. We had to leave a note for the Tooth Fairy too! You'll have to ask her to tell you the story sometime. It's pretty funny!!!
Okay, with Cannon out of town, the tooth fairy forgot to come!! The second night she came and left $2. None of our kids have ever had dollars before, so this was veru=y exciting!!
One quick funny to share... my daughter didn't lose her first tooth until most of the way through first grade. She desperately wanted to keep her tooth. She HID IT! (in a compartment of a dollhouse).
When I asked her about it, she teared up about wanting to keep her tooth and made me help her write a note to the toothfairy begging them to let her keep her tooth.
Jackson: "Mom. I thought of ways you can tell if someone is alive. First; see if they're breathing. Second; kick their feet hard and see if it surprises them (I just tried that on Jordan and it worked). If none of those work, then they're dead."
Jordan, at dinner. With a straight face: "Mom, if I took ballet lessons, and I went to the zoo by the crocodiles, and there was a little infant on a teeter-totter, and a big kid sat on the other side and shot the baby waaay up and into the crocodiles -- I would save him. What would you do??"
