Congratulations! I didn't know you were pregnant. Madelyn has been praying for a baby sister for quite a while now. She understands as much as her four year old mind can comprehend that she is adopted. So the other day she says mom you just have to go and buy one. I said Madelyn where would I go and buy a baby sister? She looked at me as if I were crazy and said Mom, you buy a baby sister at the REAL baby store. I wish it were that easy!
That's wonderful! Sydney will be a sister sandwich with two brothers on each side!

It's not so bad being the sister in the sandwich, I promise. I never had to wear hand-me-downs and I always got my own room. :)
Sister sandwich. Heh-heh. That's hilarious! Sydney has been telling me for quite a while now that she wants a sister to play with, so yes, this was a bit disappointing. Mandee, I LOVE the idea of going to the REAL baby store to buy one! That sounds like a good idea to me!
Congratulations! You are such an amazing mom! I bet all the kids in heaven fight over who gets to come to your home. I guess boys are just tougher than girls. (I know it really doesn't work that way.)

That was easier than the two heads trick you played on us in Charlestown. Boys are great. We keep telling Sarah that it makes her even more special that she is the only girl.
